Goods refer to physical items, such as legal forms or printed materials, purchased through our platform and delivered to the address you provide.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
4.1 Services
Service fees are due prior to the start date. You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or after the service has commenced, are not eligible for a refund, as our professionals allocate time and resources in advance. Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your booking to another date or individual, subject to availability.
4.2 Information Products
You may request a refund for digital materials within 14 days of download. To initiate a refund, please submit a request through our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4.3 Goods
Physical items are eligible for refund or swap within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To start the return process, submit a request via our Contact Form. Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Service Scheduling and Transfer
If you need to reschedule or transfer a booked service, notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment using our Contact Form. All requests are subject to availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and timely legal guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the particular service at issue. This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
